The Alaska Women's Leadership Forum (AWLF) was founded in 2011 on a simple belief:

All women lead.

Leadership isn't reserved for those with a title. It is found in women who raise families, build careers, start businesses, mentor others, solve problems, serve their communities, and make a difference every day.

AWLF exists to bring those women together. As we begin an exciting new chapter, we are building opportunities for women across Alaska to connect, learn, collaborate, and support one another.

Together, we are creating a stronger network of women who are shaping Alaska's future.
