Teresa Jacobsson

Founder/President

Teresa Jacobsson established the Alaska Women's Leadership Forum in 2011 to provide a supportive platform for women in Alaska. She is the CEO of JW Industries Group and Alchemy Tribal Services, both SBA 8(a) certified companies. She is board founder/director of the Alaska Tribal Administrators Association and the Jacobsson Foundation and serves as board director of Beans Cafe and the Alaska Humanities Forum.Teresa is an advocate for women and children and mentors women in business and those recovering from trauma.

Woodrie Burich

Vice-President

Woodrie Burich is the founder of The Integration Group and Boundaries Before Burnout® group coaching program. She has over a decade of experience working in stress management and combines this with more than 20 years in tech working with Fortune 500 enterprise organizations. She is a national speaker, has spoken at TEDx, and talks about sustainable success and inspired leadership in her quarterly column for Alaska Business Magazine.

Tracey Parrish

Treasurer

Tracey Parrish is the owner and founder of the multi-state company Alaska Pacific Insurance Agency and founder of the non-profit Brix, established to inspire, encourage and educate young women in their careers. Tracey is a wife and mother that supports many non-profits and community endeavors with heart and humor and was recently named the Women Entrepreneur of the Year in Leadership for Alaska.

Jamie Lytton

Director

Jamie Lytton is a Physician Assistant and has earned a Doctor of Medical Science. She served as an officer in US Air Force, and is a board director with the Alaska Academy of Physician Assistants, committed to enhancing the PA practice. Jamie has supported fundraising events, galas, schools, small businesses, parades, and local charities after winning the coveted Mrs. Alaska American title in 2021. Jamie was also crowned Mrs. Alaska America in 2024. Jamie has a heart for empowering women to lead and lives with her husband in Eagle River.  

Kelly Stewart

Director

Kelly Stewart is a lifelong Alaskan with over 30 years of professional experience working with local and remote teams in multiple industry sectors. Trained as a chemist, she worked in remote Alaska testing for contaminants until making the switch to technology and management consulting. Today she is a strategic advisor with Gartner helping clients with their high risk initiatives.  Kelly is married with four daughters. She serves as Treasurer for her local Rotary club, is a Senior Center board of directors.
